UEFA Special Procedures & Fees

2026 MAY 29-31

Due to increased traffic and demand over the UEFA Weekend (2026 May 29-31) Special Procedures and Fees will be active. During this time no standard PPR will be accepted and no traffic outside of the special procedures will be allowed to operate to/from LHKK.

‍ ‍Day VFR Only (Sunrise to Sunset - Local time 05:00 to 20:30 / ZULU time 03:00 - 18:30)

Landing distance available: 1600 meters (45 meters wide)

(No NVFR, No IFR, No FUEL available, Limited GPU - 60 EUR+VAT / 15 minutes, Fire fighitng available as described in Airport Manual)

Fees:

  • Mandatory Landing and parking for maximum 24 hours: 2,000 EUR + VAT

  • Optional for every consequitive 24 hour period: 500 EUR + VAT per day

  • Mandatory Ground handling charge: 150 EUR + VAT

  • Optional* Non-schengen border and customs fee (only available with 72 hours notice)

‍*We are working on a temporary full weekend long non-shengen customs and border service. This is not yet confirmed. However, with minimum 72 hours notice, we are able to organize on-premise customs and border clearance (per aircraft) for an additional fee of 165 EUR + VAT.

Process of application:

  1. Check the availability of arrival and departure time slots - Time Slot Availability

  2. Familiarize yourself with the VFR Manual Page and the Airport Manual

  3. Familiarize yourself with ground handling conditions and waiver. During the application process you will have to accept and acknowledge this.

  4. Familiraize and PRINT SPECIAL TAXI INSTRUCTIONS!

  5. Fill out and submit application for slot and landing. Submit by sending the form via email to: uefa@lhkk.hu

  6. Wait for confirmation of time slot

  7. Make payment prior to arrival

  8. Look for final confirmation of your booked slot

  9. Ensure that you have “PARKING BRAKE OFF” sign and wheel chocks onboard.

  10. Tune “124.035 - Lacháza Traffic” and have a safe landing

Important: Aircraft are required to bring their own wheel chokes!

A maximum of 61 Aircraft can be stored at LHKK in the open without tie-downs. Due to space limitations aircraft will not be permitted to park under their own power, but by ground handling service (please read and sign agreement). Aircraft will need to be moved to the parking spot and out of the parking spot when departing to avoid jet blast damage to other stationed aircraft.

The cost of the ground handling 150 EUR + VAT (this includes moving to parking spot and moving to safe start-up position).
